Got More Questions?

Questions About Our Photo Prints?
Absolutely! Fancy a mix of finishes? No problem at all – feel free to combine matte and glossy photos within the same order. Your prints will still arrive together, each one looking its shiny (or softly matte) best.
If you’re prepping your images yourself, these are the precise print sizes:
- 10 format: 4 × 6“ (10.2 × 15.3 cm)
- 13 format: 5 × 7“ (12.7 × 17.8 cm)
Note: Due to a production tolerance of up to 5 mm, it’s best to keep important details (like text or faces) away from the edges.
Curious about our photo books?
It depends on how snap-happy you were! Our books can hold up to 300 pages, giving space for around 1,000 photos.
No need to panic. Send the error code to our customer service at xxx and we’ll sort it out faster than you can say “cheese!”
Usually, yes. But here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Every book has a minimum number of pages.
- Pages come in pairs – left side and right side – so you’re always deleting two at a time.
- Some book types only allow changes in blocks of 2 or 4 pages.
But here’s a tip: Use those blank pages creatively – stretch a photo across an entire spread.
We wish we could say yes, but sadly… no. Each book starts fresh, just like a brand-new story. If you’re planning to reuse layouts, it’s best to recreate them manually in the new book. Not the most exciting answer, we know – but honesty is key!
What about calendars?
Absolutely not. Start your calendar in any month you like – perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or “just because” gifts.
Of course! Use our online tool to customise every page and even the front cover. Choose colours, layouts, photo sizes, and more – you can even add notes for special days or write captions under each photo.
Yes, you can! Switching formats is totally doable:
Just scroll down and click on the “Change product settings“ button at the bottom of the page.
Little tip: It’s always a good idea to save your project before making any changes – just in case your creativity needs a quick tea break.
Any questions about our poster prints?
Our posters come in classic, gallery-ready sizes like 12x8‘‘ (30x20cm), 18x12‘‘ (45x30cm), 24x16‘‘ (60x40cm) and 30x20‘‘ (75x50cm).
Just a heads-up: Most digital cameras shoot in a 3:4 aspect ratio, while our posters are printed in 2:3. So your image might need a bit of trimming. But don’t worry – you’ll be able to choose exactly how it’s cropped in the design tool. You’re in control!
We’re on it! To keep Aunt Susan’s smile or your dog’s ears safely inside the frame, just make sure your image is placed properly during the design process.
Our online editor helps you select the perfect size and lets you adjust the crop so you don’t lose anything essential. So go ahead – frame your memories just the way you imagined them: perfectly placed, beautifully balanced, and absolutely complete.
We print on high-quality, professional-grade photo paper with a glossy finish. It’s made to make your colours pop – no filter needed.
As long as it’s not baking in direct sunlight all day long, your poster will hold its colours for years to come. We use fade-resistant inks so your memories don’t fade like your jeans.
Need help with photo gifts?
It depends on the item – thermal bottles can usually be wiped or gently washed, while soft gifts like cushions come with care labels.
If in doubt, treat them like you would treat a small animal: kindly, carefully, and without throwing them in the tumble dryer.
They’re made to be used – not just looked at. Whether it’s a tote bag or a fridge magnet, we use quality materials and inks that stand up to everyday life.
We’ve got gift inspiration galore for everyone from Grandma to your mate who’s got everything. Browse the full range here and let your creativity run wild.
Got qestions about our mugs?
Well, let’s spill the (coffee) beans. Yes – our photo mugs can go in the dishwasher. But if you want to keep your design looking top-notch for years to come, we’d gently suggest giving them a good old-fashioned hand wash now and then.
Microwave? Most of our mugs are happy to take a spin or two in there. But please don’t put the enamel mugs in the microwave – they’re old-school and don’t mix well with microwaves. And even with the others, it's best not to make microwaving a daily ritual.
Not if you treat it well! Our prints are made to last, but dishwashers can be a bit rough. Hand washing keeps things looking bright and lovely for longer.
Not at all! We offer a variety of styles: classic mugs, magic heat-sensitive mugs, enamel mugs and more. Pick the one that fits your vibe – or your cupboard shelf.

We know, sometimes plans change. But to keep our production speedy and your delivery fast, your order is sent straight into the printing process right after you hit confirm.
So unfortunately – once it’s in, it’s in. Cancellations aren’t possible after the order is placed.
You can upload files in the following formats: JPG, BMP, GIF, JP2, PCX, PICT, PNG, TGA, and TIF.
For photo prints and posters, PNG files are not accepted.
And please keep in mind: No matter the format, all files are converted to JPG before we process them in our lab.
Here’s how to make sure your files are print-ready:
- Match your file to the exact print size you want.
- Use sRGB colour mode – it plays best with our printers.
- Avoid embedding colour profiles like Adobe RGB – they can cause unexpected shifts in colour.
- Save your JPGs in standard format, not progressive or “multi-pass”.
- Keep key elements like text or borders away from the edges – printing tolerances can cause slight cropping:
- About 1.5% cropping for photos
- Around 3% for posters
- And up to 5 mm along the long edges due to trimming
Translation: give your images a little breathing room around the edges.
Great question! In order to avoid unwanted white borders, we slightly enlarge your image before printing – this process is called bleed or over-projection.
- For photos, this enlargement is about 1.5%
- For posters, it’s around 3%
So when you’re designing, make sure that no crucial details (like faces, text, or borders) are too close to the edge. We recommend leaving at least 1 cm of safe space between important elements and the border.
Also, due to trimming tolerances, edges may shift up to 5 mm. It’s rare, but better safe than sorry!
You can choose from several convenient options:
